People on social media are so ignorant 🙄. Second time within a week I’ve seen a post regarding child support/children. One saying you’re not “independent” if you have the father on child support. And another saying if your child isn’t speaking full sentences, using a bottle/sippy cup/ pacifier, not fully potty trained by the age of 2 that you aren’t doing your job as a mother. Excluding children with disabilities.
Smh. Some mothers always want to make everything a competition and seem like their child is the smartest. ESPECIALLY on Facebook. I don’t use child support or anything but I fully support mothers who need it for whatever reason (deadbeat fathers etc.) I know of course there are the ones who ruin it for everybody 🙄. So glad some of y’all have some sense here lol.

Well unless they're going to come clean up the poop from my child everyday their opinion is irrelevant 🤷🏼♀️.
I'm on top of the potty training every day. She's just not ready for the pooping part

I know right. They are just so ignorant smh. What is she gonna do yell/scream at her 1-2 year old til they use the potty? What the hell lol that would just stress them out even more

Right her poor kids
My oldest potty trained at 2.5 in 3 days including pooping but she did pee the bed till 5.
I've been working with kynzleigh for well over a year. I can't hold her down on the potty to poop. 🤦
That's fucked up and cruel

My son just starting to potty train a week ago he was super stubborn and he showed some signs of being ready so I told him no more diapers and he's doing pretty good with pull ups/training underwear. He still has an accident or two a day but he's starting to go and know he needs to sit on the potty. All kids have their own time frame. I know of kids that started at 1.5 years and are good by 2. Some that started at 2 and were good by 2.5. It took my son until 3 to be ready to try and there's nothing wrong with that. 😊

That’s maybe why I am so annoyed lol. Kids shouldn’t have to be in competition with each other. My SO family is like this even though I know their kids weren’t doing things by certain times even though they tried to force them. “Oh so and so was potty trained by *insert age*” give me a break 🙄. We introduced around 2. Pull ups too. And I think he just though the pull ups were like a diaper so he could pee in them. I’m not gonna lie we struggle keeping up a routine. He doesn’t mind using the potty at all but just won’t keep up a routine. As in wanting to go when we go or saying I have to pee. He will tell me after he has done it though. And will pull his diaper and pants off and throw it away when he pees. It’s surprising cause he does #2 in the potty better than peeing.

it's tough for sure! Some days my son is a champ and other days sitting on the potty is the end of the world lol. Your son is doing fine at his own pace its interesting he'd rather poop in it than pee but you can tell he doesn't like the wet feeling so he's getting there! Like my mom says they won't still be in a diaper at 10 years old they will get there. But I get it my husband's dad used to do that all the time when we lived with him. He'd keep saying we needed to potty train him right then and there because he shouldn't be in diapers anymore and everyone elses kids were already potty training or trained. Keep in mind he was saying this when our son was 1.5 and 2. It was a pain in the butt like dude back off he's not ready yet. Plus his dad didn't even do much for them at the toddler stages since him and my husband's mom were divorced he only took care of them at the kid and up stages after his mom did the potty training so he had no room to talk and tell us how to parent.
