Any tips on how to keep my milk coming in and to keep it from drying up? My daughter is just over a week old and I can only pump out four ounces combined from both breasts at a time. When I was induced my body wasn't ready for her to be here yet and she wasn't dropped yet so neither was she. My milk didn't come in until the end of the fourth day after she was born so in the meantime she was bottle-fed while I waited for it to come in. I'm having a problem now where my milk is almost gone because she's too used to the bottle and doesn't feed from the breast. I would love to keep being able to pump for her until I can get her into the WIC office but I don't know how to increase my supply or keep it coming in.

Keep putting baby to the breast. Your baby is so young! She only needs the amount you are producing right now. You said you are getting 4oz combined, well your 1 week old baby shouldn’t be drinking 4oz in a sitting, so I’m not sure why you are worried? You are producing enough! Keep at it!

I was told that for right now to let her eat until she stops. When she was formula she 2-2.5 ounces but when she has the breast milk she'll eat the whole thing before she's done. If I take her off the breast milk at 2-2.5 ounces she'll start crying until we feed her more.

Formula and breast milk is like comparing apples to oranges. They aren’t the same thing. Breast milk is more easy to digest, so babies drinking it will need smaller amounts more frequently.
Make sure you’re doing paced feeding and giving breaks every few minutes to burp. Chugging a bottle isn’t good for digestion.
Also pumping 4 oz combined from both sides is very normal. Especially for just a week old. Make sure you’re pumping ever 2 hours during the day and every 3 over night to maintain your supply. Consistently pumping is the only way to keep up your supply. Every time baby takes a bottle, you need to pump. That’s how you tell your body to make more milk.
Good resources are the La Leche League or Kellymom groups on Facebook.
