Ladies who have done baby led weaning, what did you feed your seven month olds? My daughter has ZERO interest in baby food. Absolutely none. She will take one bite then looks at me like im insane and refuses to open her mouth again. Ive even tried homemade baby food. No luck. But she is VERY interested in our food and wants to put that in her mouth. My son loved purees so i had no trouble with him but Violet wants nothing to do with them. She doesnt have any teeth yet, so im not sure whats safe for her to eat at this point.

Then I worked my way up to fruits.

Can give her what ever you eat .
Just don’t over season . And no honey before 1 . It doesn’t matter that she doesn’t have teeth they use their gums anyway

Anything except honey. I just made him a plate with everyone else and he ate what he wanted and played with the rest. If you have fb, look up the group baby led weaning for beginners. Also learn the difference between gagging and choking because you will have at least one scare where there is gagging. My son didn't get teeth until 10m...and it was only the one. They don't eat using teeth anyways so it doesn't matter, they chew in the back like everyone else and those gums are strong af.

Make sure u cut the food up the right size, of not it’s a choking hazard.
