just started my EPO (evening primrose oil) supplements to soften my cervix. anyone ever had to take these? if so how quick can my cervix get soft? once my cervix get soft will the mucus plug pass?

@queendope, I started with one a day, then at 30 weeks went to 3 a day and then 35 weeks 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
I had quick deliveries and didn’t tear at all. I think that’s all due to the evening primrose oil!! I was induced with all of mine.
@guitarplayer4him, i have a scheduled induction in 2 weeks i’m praying for a safe, quick delivery & no tearing. i take 2 in the morning & 2 at night since i’m 39 weeks.
I did and they worked wonderfullyyyyy. No tearing or burning and I had her natural. I started at 38 weeks and had her 3 days before due date
