Have any of you ladies ever been prescribed Progesterone after a miscarriage? I read that women usually take before pregnancy. Please tell me if this did or did not help you.

My doctor prescribed me them for this pregnancy, I had a miscarriage back in August. I’m hoping it works, fingers crossed for you as well

I had a miscarriage in September. My doctor said it can help, but what makes me nervous is I’ve read that it’s used to regulate menstruation. Have you experienced any side effects since you’ve been taking it?
@mrs_bellamy730, I have taken it to help bring on a period, I take it vaginally and have only experienced drowsiness I have been taking for almost a week.
I only took it to bring on a period. I have irregular periods that can last months or will not come down for months.
I read that progesterone can be used for that. This is what makes me nervous about taking it being that I’m pregnant.
