What can help me gain my weight back. I had gained good weight with the old birth control pill I was taking but now that I'm on this one I've noticed I'm losing weight and that is what I'm trying to avoid. I need tips on how to gain weight fast.

Lol lets trade. I was at 115 im at like 105 probably and I don't like how I look. After I had my baby girl I was at 125
@blessedmama121619, I which I was 140-145 lol at least 😩 if you see me in person you would say you don’t even look like you weight more than 140s lol
Working out and eating things high in protein also strength training or whey protein powder
I need to know the answer to this myself! This has been a life long struggle for me. I've heard "Why don't you eat a cheeseburger", "Are you sick", "Do you EVER eat" and all that shit for SO damn long.

@blessedmama121619, I wear a 0-2, dependin on what it is. My wedding dress was a 0 and still had to be taken in....it was embarrassing! They all thought I was like purposely anorexic for the sake of gettin married or somethin RIDICULOUS like that!
@leonardsquared wow that was really mean of them to think. I wear a sz 5. But I can't lose more weight so I'm gonna try to gain it back the best that I can. I was looking so good and damn. I had to get sick and not have an appetite. 😣
I no the depo shot made me gain alot of weight and I was in that kitchen every time you turn around

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

I'm 15w4d and I've gained about 6 lbs since the beginning of pregnancy. As long as the scale I just used is correct, I'm creeping up on 140. I had a mini freak out but I calmed myself down by telling myself it's normal. What has everyone else gained?
