Odd question is it safe for a 9 month old to be converted to a three in 1 car seat already?

My 3.5 yr old is still rear facing, no way your baby was to big. Your really lucky that you never go into an accident.

Its safe as long as they still rear face. In my state they have to by law till 2 or hit a certain height or weight.

Totally fine as long as you install rear facing. If you don’t know how or can’t get a good fit go to a local fire station they will do it for you. Many states in the last 2 years change their rear facing laws from 1y/20lbs to 2y/ or seat weight max (usually about 40lbs)

You’ll be fine. I switched car seats when my son was about 10 months. He was so fat I would struggle to buckle up the baby car seat between his legs 😄

Yep as long as he is rear facing. He can fit rear facing for years, please do not turn him around, if you were to get in an accident it could be fatal for him...plus it's illegal.
