Philly really has gotten ridiculous with real estate. I just moved outside of philly where it’s significantly cheaper to rent. I still get the notification on new rentals and it’s horrible pricing.
Also they raising rent but not wages are they trying to attract outsiders with more money and run out the ppl here?

Yeah I moved out of philly two years ago , I live/work In Montgomery County but now it’s getting expensive. I was considering moving back to philly
It’s 2,300 here in California for a 2 bedroom apartment plus bills. It’s getting so ridiculous. 😓
Girl I pay 375$ for my 2500 square foot house all brand new floor everything lol you need to move and don’t just walk run 🏃♀️ lmao that includes home owners insurance as well

In Florida housing is also super expensive 1300 for a 2-3 bedroom apartment and it’s not even all that . That’s why I moved to South Carolina lol we pay 800 for a 2 bedroom super nice apartment and lots of amenities in our gated community :)

@jordandior, I really do , it’s a very family friendly . Lots of things to do as a family, beautiful mountains and rivers . Just a lot of outdoorsy activities . Lots of jobs too. At first I didn’t like how things close earlier than Florida but I’ve gotten used to it now . I highly recommend visiting before moving . I really like Greenville bcus I grew up in the city and not super into the country life lol and it’s a good balance :)

Damn I pay 2400 for a 3 bedroom 1 bath in Boston and 2200 for 3 2 bath in Florida with no utilities included for either but my place in Florida has lots of amenities the apartment in Boston is shit with nothing
