I haven’t went on a run since I got pregnant and my stamina i can feel is going down!
Do you ladies think I can just pick up and go on a run without a problem ? I have no complications with pregnancy

if my blood pressure doesn't drop and stay the same and I go to the hospital & they can't control it , is it possible I can go into labor

My water broke this morning around 3 something. I got up to pee two different times and it started running down my leg. How long until I go into labor?
