Anybody else dealing with restless leg syndrome and pregnant?? I am currently restless as hell trying to go to sleep and I can’t .. losing my mind 😣

I did!! Try doing some stretches or running in place before bed, should help!!
I also used to get Charlie horses and heart burn reallyyyy bad in my third trimester. Sleeping was dreadful for me!

I’m officially in the sleeping with pillow between legs stage and it sucks so bad. I wake up at least 3 times a night to reposition. 🤦🏼♀️
