Does anyone else’s one year olds legs bow out? As I been watching Marley walk, I’m noticing her legs really seem to bow out & it’s concerning me a bit cause my other two never had that so is it normal or is this something they’ll eventually Wanna fix? She walks fine & doesn’t seem bothered at all.

My daughters bow in.
I asked her pediatrician they said it’s completely normal for them to walk that way and as they get older they will start to straighten out. I also never experienced this with my first so it was all new to me. Never hurts to bring it up at her next visit.

@michellemybell09, yes that’s how I feel lol. In my mind, she might of needed leg braces or corrective surgery which was freaking me out thinking about lol. So I’m glad it’s apparently normal. I ended up looking it up finally too & google is saying pretty much the same thing you are. That they don’t worry about it unless it’s still a problem by the age of 3.

Soo I am sure they will be just fine. I was worried Natalie would need something like that also. I feel bad for her sometimes because since he feet turn in it trips her sometimes 🤦🏻♀️

Yes just got my daughter's legs checked the other day because they seem somewhat bowed out. They said she's fine and will grow out of it. She is 21 months old

My niece’s legs were extremely bowed out when she was little and more pronounced as she started walking... she grew out of it and her legs are perfectly fine.
