Does anyone do keto? I need help getting started like what I should eat the first few days. I want to make the transition easy as I have failed sticking with the diet before. I know it works my sister lost a ton of weight on it.

Yes I was doing good but fell off the wagon some getting back on tomorrow. It can be hard but it does work
I tryed to do this but man I love enchiladas an pizza to much lol
basically watch your Carbs no Carbs no surgar to start I believe

My brother is on a strict keto diet because he has epilepsy, My mom is on it for weight loss and I'm giving it a for dry skin. Try going for the fatty things you like. Butter, Ghee, Parmesan, Blue cheese, fish, anything. I started by incorporating it into salads (i.e. green stuff, blue cheese, chopped nuts & drizzled it with cold-pressed olive oil). Just try to avoid processed foods even if it "fits in with keto"

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
