Pads all the way. I had a gyno before who was anti tampon and when he explained why I never looked back lol

he just explained that the whole point of a period is to flush out the blood and a tampon just keeps it inside of you. Ever since he said that they have just grossed me out. I was like 15 lol

I use pads unless going out I use both just as a back up cuz we take public transportation and it’s less stressful trying to find bathroom at times.

Pads for the middle of it, because nothing else will hold and to sleep with. Then tampons for the beginning and end, when it's not so heavy.
