Ladies with Nexplanon...

I got mines yesterday and i got the big bandage rap around my arm and dr said not to take off until today at 4pm, but it is Itchy would it be okay yo take off sooner? Also the bandage down that one they said to not take off until Thursday? 😕 this itchiness is killing me.
