Just curious when reading to your one year olds (sons year and 4months) do they put their faces extremely close to the pages?
Recently he’s been getting really close to look like really close.. wondering if that’s not normal n he’s possibly nearsighted?
Or if it’s a common thing for LO to do
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

@massgirl, @ss3mom, @mamabear008, thank you ladies, I felt like it was just a toddler thing but at the same time I have a lot of nearsighted pple in both our families and idk if that was a sign or not. I’m assuming it’s to earlier to really know

Yea I’m not sure if that’s a sign, I don’t even remember when they start checking their vision but maybe mention it the next time he’s at the drs!

yeah me either, I believe I have a book for the doctor that says when they do, I just have to find it. But yes definitely keeping it in mind for next time!
