Does anyone else’s husband or significant other use the whisper app. The other day his phone buzzed and said that he had a new private message on the app. I told him about it and he said that the app wasn’t even installed on his phone. I don’t go through his phone or anything and I want to trust him but right now he’s making himself seem suspicious because his phone was turned just far enough to where I could see it and since I use it to read everything on it I know what the messages look like. He’s massaging someone on it which is weird to me because he said it wasn’t on his phone when I told him he had a private message on it a couple days ago.

I had that app before. Everything is anonymous on it. Probably why the message said private. I never messaged anyone on it tho. But for him to get a message and say he doesn’t have that app sounds fishy. I would ask to see the message.

@mommysaurusx6, my SO is kinda the same way with his phone. Unless I’m bitching for him to show me it then he does. I don’t know what kind of person your husband is but I would just simply tell him you want to look at it for a peace of mind

Doesn't let you even touch his phone.
Rarely get to use his laptop.
What you need to do before you decide to look or not is make a plan. If he's cheating will you stay? Will you leave?

I get pop ups all the time saying such n such sent u a message on fb n hot asians in your area but it comes from chrome but pops up on the top of my screen like its from the app

I’ve gotten those too but it only happens when I sign up for one thing and it goes everywhere else but I opt out of them when I get them.

@mommysaurusx6, you should go pull up who he calls and texts from the phone place they also have a app you could put in a secret folder so whoever he text it goes straight to your phone

I looked up whisper app on my phone and their all about dating and confessions. So I think he’s being disloyal. Definitely check it out girl. From what I read his behavior is kinda sketchy. Look into it and confront him if you find something

@garay88, I was just saying what popped up when I searched the app I don’t know the exact app but when I searched it in the App Store. I’m sure they’re not all bad. I was sharing my findings. But it makes me feel better that their not all dating apps 😊

Wow I’ve been using the whisper app for years and yes people look for fuck buddies and whatever but that’s any social app.
Whisper is actually about being about to say how you feel without having to reveal yourself and finding people who are like minded .
My husband uses the app to hear opinions about things going on with him .
I use the app for finding out information. I apart of the business groups and other groups that I tend to have questions about in life that I can’t find answers to on my own.
So yes he could be doing bad things on there or he expresses himself on there and don’t want you to be hurt by it what he says because he would never want to tell you stuff that might hurt your feelings.

Whisper isn’t a dating app although people can use it for that and u can actually meet people in person and stuff .. it’s an app to vent and make confessions all anonymous u can make a username so ur not anonymous tho But u do get tons of msgs

Could it have been an ad? Because I get notifications all the time from apps saying I missed a call (eventhough the phone hasn't rung) or have a text and its actually not real

I just downloaded it to see what it’s about. This is of the few topics that popped up. I’d definitely be concerned why he has this app.
