What is vitex?

I used vitex to regulate my period and help the first trimester and then maca to conceive.

This is the only way I get and stay pregnant.

My husband and I never used protection since we were together.

First pregnancy I miscarriaged and then took 1 year 5moths and 5 days to conceive and we had sex damn near every day multiple times. Through research I found vitex and maca and that’s what made us conceive then I went on BC for a couple years afraid to get pregnant because I had a c section and wanted to heal.

I had another miscarriage after coming off of BC and then took a year for me to realize I might not have the ability to hold a pregnancy without some help.

I started vitex and maca and got pregnant in a month.

I’ve used it with my last pregnancy. So I figured I’d use it to regulate my cycles because they’re out of wack after bc
