I got them at babys r us before but thats gone. Pretty sure target and walmart have them.. didnt work for me tho

With these I’ve never had to try cookies or brownies. I only ate foods with proteins

I’m not sure of the brand names but I’ve seen them in the section at Walmart & target. But also try Armor drinks it helped me really fast. I’ve seen helped my mommy Friends also. Keeps you hydrated and brings milk in.
