Had my second sweep today at 38+4. Did anyone feel super irate and uncomfortable after one? My whole body aches and I can’t get comfortable... I’m not sure if it’s down to my sweep?? X

I felt irritable and restless but did with all them at the end. I had what I thought was strong braxton hicks all day after the sweep then went into labour early hours of the morning x

I felt awful last night kind of like I had the flu. I’ve woke up this morning with period type cramps I’ve got a hot water bottle and we’ll see how I go xxx

Contraction questions

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

I think I've decided to let my doc sweep my membranes today. So my son will be here today!

Already bleeding from the sweep... just got the castor oil and orange juice in my system... now we wait 🤞🏾did this method work for any of you ladies?

Is sweeping bad during pregnancy? My mom never lets me sweep lol

themothafuckinladymarlow Sweeping is bad for you, regardless of the state of affairs in your uterus. 🤷‍♀️

Crossing my fingers that tonight is the night... my contractions are getting stronger... maybe they will be timbale this time and not BH... hoping that membrane sweep did the trick..
