Looking into the postpartum wrap, is it worth it ?

It was a lifesaver for me!!

I don’t know about for natural birth but for my c section it was an absolute must. I couldn’t not wear my bands for weeks after birth lol. & my shape bounced back really fast which I think had something to do with it!
