I’ve done it and felt miserable before.

Just stick to healthier options amd splurge from time to time unless you want to be super strict! We do not buy bread anymore. So at least I kicked that out and we do not consume sodas. Outside goodies are for special events/occasions so they taste extra delish and guilt-ee-lish lol.

(I grab a can of coke when I have really bad migraines coming in though which gives me a 50/50 chance of healing😭).
