I CANNOT KEEP MY TODDLER OFF OF MY BELLY! She is hurting me and idk what else to do. I've been nice about, not so nice about it. Explained she was gonna hurt the baby and she says "sorry(kisses my belly)" but she just keeps climbing on me like a jungle gym.

I think it’s normal my toddler feet would hit my stomach and all I would have to like put my hand out to protect my stomach constantly 😩

My daughter Laid on top of me to sleep. My big ass 40 lb daughter lol.
And she always almost “accidentally “ hit my stomach be it a foot hand knee head whatever.
Idk what it is but after baby was born she don’t even sleep near me 😂

I know it’s probably the last thing you want to do, but if all else fails, getting up and physically moving yourself away always works. Yes, I know it’s not always practical but it works. Or try a side snuggle with her. She may be hurting you, but I doubt she will hurt the baby, your pain is enough though, but just in case it makes you feel any better! You can also try taking a bath with her and let her wash baby sibling, by washing your belly.

Omg I’m so thankful my kid doesn’t do that. Sometimes he’s playing rough too close to my belly and he realizes by himself what he’s doing and goes “😱 I’m sorry little brother!” Maybe I have told him too many times to be careful. I also talk to him a lot about his brother, and tell him things that make him excited and protective over him.
