I am trying not to get discouraged but my milk stil havent came n yet I was seeing a very small amount in one breast now I'm not seeing anything at all I'm taking the fenugreek capsules and mothers milk tea and I've been pumping as much as I can...I started taking both of them Saturday and still no huge sign of my milk coming back🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️😔😔😔

Putting baby to breast as often as possible will probably have the best results
Fenugreek can often have the reverse outcome on some people. It doesn’t work for everyone.

Why can't you get an appt. With a Dr or OB like I told you and get on Reglan. Even without insurance its expensive and it WORKS
She said they cant give me a prescription only fenugreek is what she has all her patients use

So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
