I’m so sorry, I hope you have someone who can be there for you! BUT remember you are never alone, a friendly nurse will be in often to check your dilation ;). No, but really, the nurses are amazing and I would imagine they would be extra kind to someone alone. If you want to take a shower after baby is born though, just make sure to let a nurse know so they can look after baby for you 💙. Take care mama, you are strong!
I gave birth without my husband last July for the same reason. Now, his probation got revoked & he's back in. So if u ever need to talk I'm here to listen🤗
