Opinions on flu shots for kids ??

We get them. Contrary to popular belief the vaccine in shot form is a dead vaccine. You cannot get the flu from the shot. It’s really up to you.

Every year. We got the flu earlier this year even w vaccinations but I fully believe it was mild bc of vaccination

We get them because a few years ago me,hubby,and the kids got the flu all at the same time and it was a nightmare!!! And sad part was it was on Christmas so it kinda sucked lol I have to get it cuz I work in a hospital but now I make the entire family get it lol not going thru that again!!

My daughter got it last year I can’t remember when she got sick but I know with me I get sick after the shot every time

We always get them ! Why risk it so many kids are dying from the flu when it’s preventable

We get ours every year. If someone’s never had the real flu, I don’t think they realize the true extent of just how ill that makes you. I had it one year (many years ago) as a working adult and honestly thought I might die from it. I missed an entire week of work, with continual fever. From that point on, I’ve always gotten the flu shot and have never been sick from the flu since.
