Anyway love.I wasn’t trying to “shame” anybody by giving you a NATURAL option.I did that because nobody should give you MEDICAL advice but a doctor who knows yours and your babies medical history. Just ask your doctor to be safe is all I am saying:)Hope you can figure it out💛

This is obviously a doctors question not a “mom life” question. But if it is a question where you don’t consult your doctor the answer should always be “NO” when it comes to ANY type of medication, because the fact is: It WILL pass through your breastmilk thats a fact the doctor will have to admit as well. Now HOW bad or not it is for the baby that can be discussed and is really personal decision you have to make on your own, thats a decision every mother has to make for her own child. Some people give children baby Tylenol etc. and thats a personal decision too.As an advocate to stay as NATURAL and Not-Harmful as possible,my answer would always be NO if it can be avoided or replaced by natural cures.Again, personal decision.Your child:)

You can always try a nasal med like Flonase as less of the med ends up in breastmilk. However, Small amounts of Benadryl are ok while nursing as long as you have established a good supply.

Yes, you can. Just keep nursing on demand. As long as your moving milk , your body will make milk.

No,you should not!The babies safety is more of a concern here in my opinion than the milk flow if we can all agree!? Benadryl is believed to pass through breast milk and it can affect a nursing baby. Younger babies can be especially sensitive to the effects of Benadryl,so I would NOT recommend taking it.If you have allergies try to find a natural cure like Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for example.(Pour a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar into a cup of cold water and drink it down every morning) Try to avoid dairy products as they build up mucus and make allergies worse. If that doesn’t help try to find a natural Herb or Herbal tea (but also read the label because some Herbs can also not be consumed while breastfeeding)

Someone with allergies like myself would die if I chose natural remedies over Benadryl I would ask your doctor not this app

If you want pump at least 1 or 2x more a day while on it if you're concerned about supply. That's what I did.

Yes. But it might tank your supply.
