I need opinions, its been 10 years since I've been in labor lol. I had my cervix checked earlier and had some spotting. Very light. About 15 minutes ago i went to pee and had a huge glob of red and brown mucus. Then when i peed again just now ( i am 39 weeks pregnant with 7lbs sitting on my bladder), i wiped and nothing. Do you think that the first time was bloody show or just mucus plus spotting?

This also happened to me at 35 weeks, I went to L&D that night turns out the bleeding was from me dilating? I gave birth a week later :)

Sounds to me like you lost your mucus plug with bloody show. Spotting is normal after having your cervix checked but sounds like you'll be meeting baby sooner than later mama!
