Breastfeeding mamas... what do you guys eat or drink to help babies constipation? My 3 week old has been having troubles pooping & it makes me so sad

Had baby girl at 37 weeks, today she's 2 weeks old. Becoming a mom has been the most amazing thing ever.

16 weeks pregnant & I don’t feel cute or just sexy in any way. My partner asks me for cute sexy pics and I just draaaaaaag. Good thing she understand but still won’t stop telling me how beautiful i am & how much sexier it is to see me pregnant. I hope im not the only one feeling this way

Ive been thinking about people coming to see baby and I after I give birth and I kinda don’t want to be having people around until about a month later. Is that an ugly move of me? I just don’t want a lot of people around baby & I’ll be in pain anyway. I just think close family & friends will be allowed. I just feel like I want to embrace the moment of being a new mommy & just love my baby in privacy.
Any suggestions?

Gender reveal? I’m not sure if I want to make it a big deal... me and my husband are currently separated so it’s just been off. I will probably find out the sex and just do a cake reveal for my little sister and parents
