🙌😂 thanks for the update girl! what did you try? also not sure but everyone is different, but when i eat anything dairy like milkshakes or smoothies, or anything spicy it takes right to the bathroom 😫

I actually ate three bean burritos and literally strained myself until I went because I new I needed to go and things I saw online started scaring me where it said it could cause death from not going so now I’m going to get some of those yogurts you was talking about

I haven't, but after i had kids i have trouble going to BR as often as i used to so i started eating Activia yogurts daily or every other day & has helped me ALOT!! to go & to soften stool.

I love it , drinks alotnof water and take it I think everybody 4-6 hours or maybe one day and you will be going to the bathroom

They gave me 100 mg and it says one time daily and I drank a two liter of water and my stool still hasn’t softened enough to go to the bathroom without feeling like I’m tearing myself
I’m just wondering if this is going to help soften so I can go

i think you can take more i took prob 8 whole 3 days hospital stay , and I still take them now with my iron pills
