@mrs.watkins4715 i work at a doctor's office and its what we tell parents when their kids are constipated or have hard stool but they don't want to use medication

Colace. Also try eating more fiber. I enjoyed fiber one bars. They helped me a lot.

I took a high quality calcium/magnesium supplement which kept me regular and also made my charlie horses go away.
