8 weeks pregnant and officially don’t have an ob due to my medical. I have to wait about 2-3 months till I can go to the doctor. Will this affect my baby in anyway ? First time this happens to me

You need that initial ultrasound. It’s important to make sure the baby is in your uterus not Fallopian tubes

Look up women’s centers in your area they take pregnant women that don’t have a ob and they do ultrasounds and such

I had the same issue my first pregnancy. I basically wasn’t seen until late in my second trimester. Unfortunately pregnancy is not considered an emergency. Just stay on top of any registrations you need to do. I have IEHP and they were really fast but it took forever for me to get coverage at Kaiser

Also you need to make sure the baby is growing properly & your levels are normal etc. Also, to check ur iron.

Why O negative? This is my 4th pregnancy but how long can I go without getting checked out?

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, I thought it was just O-... but I guess my dr never told me otherwise 🤷‍♀️ I got the RhoGam shot every trimester... got it at my first visit, when I hit second trimester, When I hit third trimester and before I hate the baby

@dj-du, like PP said, you need to get blood work done to make sure your levels are normal and your iron is good. I had 2 miscarriages prior to this baby and one of them and an anembryonic pregnancy the second time and they only caught it with the blood test (then ultrasound later) and i had to have a D&C... if I passed it naturally there were very high health risks. Praying this doesn’t happen to you because it was horrible... but you need regular check ups so that they can make sure everything is okay!!
