What's a good product to use on a toddler with eczema and sensitive skin??🤔🤔

He actually can't have that 😩 tried it a while ago and made his skin red in the areas it was applied to

really? Damn! That’s the stuff I used on myself and it was the only non prescription stuff that helped.
