Has anyone ever had bad experience with OfferUp or letgo? I sold my iPhone XR and I clearly stated that the carrier was T-Mobile... the guy that bought it asked me if anything was wrong with it I said no and asked me the carrier I said T-Mobile.... he picked it up , gave me the money & told me he was going to take it to metro pcs.... then txt me saying he wants his money back that metro pcs doesn’t take that phone like mmmm no your not getting the money back. No one lied to you and I was honest... he threatened me saying I better be back at home by 11 pm if not there will be some problems, I will regret it and to watch my back ... that right there made me call the police and make a report just in case smh cop said I did the right thing and he’s at fault

Omg why on earth would you sell at home😬 I worked a cell phone store literally happened every single day people buy phones and can’t use them lol they would tell me the seller has ghosted them etc you did the right thing.
Also was the phone paid off because if not t mobile can lock the device so that it cant be used being that it wasn't paid off.. But nevertheless he shouldnt have handle the situation as such and threatened u that's a no no
I've never used those sites I used mercari tho & they do let ppl return but with that said if the sites u use dont have that policy & u stated in ur advertisement of the product all of the above then he shouldn't be entitled to a refund becus it's up to him to read the description of said product & if he is harassing & threatening u .. u absolutely did the right thing to call the authorities!!
Hell yes I did!! Thank God I have a dog lol she might be small but she sounds like a pit bull when she barks so she’ll let me know if anyone at the door or trying to break in... the cops said I did the right thing and to not give back his money
@guevaramelissa08 good! the police have it on file if u call 4 a disturbance around ur residence. & I agree w/ the other mommas if u have 2 meet them for an exchange dont go 2 ur home..meet them at a random place!! Be safe & take extra precautions ppl out here are crazy af.

I said if u try to come up here and start problems I will contact a police officer since there’s a lot around here and also my neighbors have cameras so u better watch it.... after that he hit me with the “oh I already went knocking on your neighbors doors and they gave me your info and police is on there way” ... you ain’t slick 🙄

@guevaramelissa08 i agree! And as long as you have a fresh picture of him in your head. Inform your neighbors to have a watchful eye out. If he do come near your place. Too much is going on in this country to just turn the other cheek in this situation. And people do dumb shit when it comes to money.

My son just handed me this…. As an adult I made the decision not to get it and told him why I choose not to. Asked him if he knew anything about COVID or the vaccine and he said no all he knows it’s that it’s out there. At the end I asked him if he wants the vaccine I will sign the form if not we ignore it. He said no thank you 😊.
my baby daddy punched me in my nose twice. All because the phone he has I GAVE IT TO HIM! Its MyOld Phone And he been talking to this girl and so i said give me my phone back! I didnt give it to you for that reason. And i got it and he was trying to take it back and he hit me .
