so my son is turning 9 august 18th. he will be in 4th grade and is my oldest child. he is very responsible and helps me out a lot with his siblings and just things around the house. im trying to decide his birthday gift. and im looking at either a samsung galaxy tablet or a hp stream small laptop. i figure he doesnt have any kind of electronics and he can use it to help with home work or listen to music or play games etc. i just dont know witch one to get.
