My boy goes to bed at 7p.m, wakes up at 7a.m, eats breakfast at 8a.m, brushes his teeth, goes about his day until nap time which is 11:30a.m-1p.m, eats lunch, goes about his day till dinner time at 6p.m, after he's done eating I clean up his high chair, give him a bath brush his teeth, give him water and by the time im done with all that it's 7p.m, he lays down in his room in his big boy paw patrol bed no fights, I give him a toy to sleep with, give him kisses, turn the fan on and lights off, no fights from him at all.. im telling you guys this not to brag but to let you see that giving your child a set routine to follow everyday will help you & them 🙏
I’m a huge believer in routine. All 3 of my kids have been great sleepers and I credit it to having a good routine. Does it suck sometimes when you miss out on something thats past 7:00? Yes, but it’s worth it to me.
Definitely depends on the kid. Vi has a set routine, she naps at the same time everyday. She has night terrors, so bedtime is a fight, and she usually ends up coming in to snuggle me in the middle of the night.
My son has night terrors that's why I give him a toy to sleep with💕
Teeth...
Help...
Noah lets us brush his teeth (after a fight 🤣) but how do you get the top ones properly??? I’ve noticed on one of his top teeth (not to the two front ones) he has faint brown dots and I really don’t want them getting worse! We’ve mad the mistake of brushing his teeth then giving him his cup of tea for bed so we’re going to stop it all together and give him warm milk, brush then bed from now on. Any other advice???? Is it normal???? 🤦🏼♀️
Lol why does it matter what times I brush my teeth ? . As long as brush my teeth twice a day it shouldn't matter 🤣😂😂. Yes I brush after I eat breakfast instead of before🤷♀️.
Does any ones little one hate having their teeth brushed? I’m lucky if my son lets me get his teeth brushed once a day. This morning he was throwing a fit, throwing his head into walls, and I had to wrestle him to the ground to brush his teeth. After a few seconds he could care less but I don’t understand the point of the huge fight before. What can I do to make teeth brushing more exciting for him? If that’s even a thing
Time goes by so fast when you sleep holy shit
Urgent debate in my house, do you brush your teeth with cold or hot water?
Agree with a set routine! Both my kids have the same routine, I have had to be home by 6pm every night the past 3.5 years but after they go to bed at 8pm I’m free to do whatever I like so not complaining 🤷🏻♀️
