Leo started preschool on Tuesday first day he only cried when I came to pick him up. Yesterday he was crying as I left. Really hope it gets better want him to interact with the other kids and make friends. He didn’t want to go to the playground so his teacher stayed with him inside.

@brownsugarluv, it’s just the being away from me part when I go to work he does the same thing. His first day wasn’t as bad but she did say it gets better.

@brownsugarluv, i think they do but they also let him have time to calm down. Today was a bad day he was holding on to my leg. The teacher said he isolated himself at first but then was fine he even went out to the playground with the other kids today. I’m not sure about the comfort item I can’t even bring a snack or anything.

Sorry it was bad. I have a feeling my 4th will be this way.
I actually just seen something this morning about sending first timers that are uneasy! Almost forgot about it too! The lady said kids cry for their audience (parents) and stop pretty soon after they leave. The more consistent they go to school the easier it will get.. My siblings had a lot of emotional issues due to their dad abandoning them and my mom having to work long hours.

It will get better in time. Are they allowed to take a comfort item? My siblings would take movies from home and they would play them for all the kids.

Hope things get better! I remember my younger siblings having such a hard time back in the day. It broke my heart to leave them.

@momma_of_1, it sucks so bad having to leave him when he’s crying and saying he wants to go home. He was hurting himself out of frustration his teacher said after I left. Have to break the separation anxiety because he’s always with me.

Same here. My daughter is always with me too I mean everywhere I go. I do get separation anxiety as well, but like you said it has to be broken. Eventually he will get better and like school.

I know that feeling. My daughter was the same way too and I cried as she left on the bus. Again this time around I’ll probably do it again lol. She starts school on Monday already
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill? He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over tonight and run it by him...
