does anyone know if you get evicted from housing authority if you can ever get the help again ? I got kicked out about 6 months ago because my dog “ lunged “ at maintenance men multiple times ..

I got evicted for non payment(,kept sending my rent in and they claim they never got it) this was 3 years ago and last year they said I can come back if I pay off fines from damages from housing
I was kicked out for not having electricity and poor housekeeping lol but really I had just thrown a party and they was a few beer cans on the floor🙄. That was when I was young though and in a very different county.
