Anyone with experience with buying houses and mortgages, our house was under contract for the last 2 months. We’ve been packing our house to move out this weekend for the closing on the 9th. We’ve spent $2,000 in repairs (I know it could be worse) just to find out that the people buying the house didn’t get approved for the mortgage? Did someone fuck up somewhere in this process? How do you put an offer in and demand thousands of dollars in repairs when you aren’t approved for the mortgage?!
You’re not approved until you’re approved and it can allllll fall apart up until the day of closing. Sorry it didn’t work out!

Omggg ????someone was trying to sell this mattress in our local buy group on facebook.. You can clearly see how dirty the house is. I'm judging.
Legal rights?
Long story short, my husband has recently brought our house, his parents Owned it but he’s now taken out a mortgage and it’s now officially his. I’m not on the mortgage but I’m down as living there. I just wanna know if anything went wrong (touch wood it doesn’t) do I have any rights to half the house? He keeps on oh we own a house now ect but I’m like no you do I don’t :(

Has anyone used this? We’ve been buying the pills directly from our vet but was thinking about trying this.
What do you do if you have no where to go and you get kicked out of your mom's house.
Unfortunately that’s just how it is. It’s not approved until the day it closes. Although, we knew ahead of time how much we would be approved for in terms of a loan for the house. However, during our closing time (it was about a month) if for any reason something had fallen through if we’d put money into the house it’s shit out of luck.
