So yesterday i started my back to the gym and eating healthy 💪🏾 it was a hard first day lol but I’m determined to get back to my pre baby / pre marriage weight lol ! Who else is doing a fitness journey ????
🙋🏻♀️ I’m 2 years into it so far and I’ve accomplished a lot but I want muscles 🤣 so that’s my ultimate goal
🙋♀️ I have about 20lbs left to lose to get back to pre-pregnancy weight!!
I wouldn’t call it a journey but I love pole fitness its great for muscles 👍🏼
