Is it true that if you eat certain things while breast feeding it could make your baby gassy? My two week old has been super gassy for the past few days which has made her very fussy. Today’s a better day but Idk if it was something I ate, or maybe just a normal phase around this time?

I did drank some milk the other day that’s when she seemed to start getting fussy! Do y’all know what things could make her stomach up set besides diary?
@girlmom1519 honestly there is a big list. For us I kept a food journal for a week and realized it was regular dairy. Broccoli and stuff that makes me gassy also makes him gassy. He is 6 months and still sensitive to dairy
Yes it can. I had to stop eating broccoli and cauliflower until he got a little bit older.
Yes it can affect your milk and your baby.
It’s very true, broccoli is horrible, caffeine, chocolate.
