@brianamestichelli darn! Back to the drawing board. Maybe a wooden puzzle? Some board books, you can have a bear made out of an old newborn pajama sleeper!

We got our son this exact one for his first birthday and he still plays with it. It was a bit cheaper when we bought it but I think there are other more pocket friendly models. The wood is sturdy which I love because we knew it’d last.

I got my daughter one of those huge rulers to keep track of her height. I like it. Or maybe a kids table set, a kid recliner, a play tent, books, puzzles, or one of those beanbag chairs that you put stuffed animals in? I still want to get one of those.
