My SO doesn’t want me to get a job and put our daughter in daycare because he says it’s better if she’s at home with me which I agree with but I’m so tired of not having a single dollar every day! So, I’m going to try one last time to find a good work from home job. If I don’t find something within the next few weeks I’m just gonna have to get a job and he’s just gonna have to understand my reasons. This stresses me out like no other 😩

Mine doesn’t want me to work period unless it’s at home with my daughter 🤦🏻♀️ he says I have his money so I don’t need to worry but I HATE not having my own because I know what all he has to take care of and pay for and I hate just adding to his list instead of being able to help him a little. 😢 it’s soooo frustrating lol
@kotasmomy2317 Same here. I want my own money and I want to get out of the house to have adult interaction and conversation. He does not want them in day care. I hate asking him for money. So I feel exactly the same about spending his money, when I could make my own money and get the stuff I need instead of using his money. He says it's not worth it unless I make as much money as him. And I would only have a sitter twice a week. I also can't work opposite hours he dies because he will not do food shopping and cooking for everyone when he gets out of work
@ladyfreyja, girl me too! It drives me nuts not having my own money and not being able to have that adult interaction. Sometimes I wish I could just swap with him for about a week and let him see what I mean. Lol
I'm caregiving when needed and make $100 a day plus I get to bring my kids with me...maybe find a babysitting job or helping with an elderly person so ur kids can come, that is if you don't find any work from home jobs.
I did babysitting for a long while and absolutely loved it. I had some mental health set backs that I’m still trying to work through but babysitting is definitely my top choice if I can’t find work from home jobs
@kotasmomy2317 yeah, my hubby doesn't want me to work either because he doesn't want anyone else to watch our kids so caregiving works out perfect for us, plus he knows I'm helping his parents and grandma so it all makes sense in his mind lol I caregive for his grandma when his parents have doctor appointments, surgeries etc.
Not to sound creepy af 🤣 but I’m close by if you need a babysitter or help.

I brought on 2 babysitting kids a couple days a week and that brought in at least some spending money so I didn't have to wait to get money from my husband to do literally anything.
I was doing babysitting and then had some mental health set backs that I’m still trying to work through. I LOVE working with kids though so I loved babysitting and the extra cash was definitely a bonus!
Find a part time job opposite of his schedule. That’s what I did cause I couldn’t be a SAHM any longer lol
His schedule is so undetermined though 😩 he goes in at the same time but he gets off at all times. One day it could be 3:00pm and the next it could be 10:00 pm 😭

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
