I’m sure it’s fine but I’m 16 weeks pregnant with my first and sometimes I get soo sleepy, does/did that happen with anyone else?

I just hit 15 weeks with my 4th and I can’t seem to stay awake 🤣

I was really sleepy I’d fall asleep sitting up on the couch immediately after work. Or I’d even fall asleep at my desk at work. But turns out I was slightly anemic.

Yep my first and third trimester where so hard It was like I had narcolepsy I'd fall asleep anywhere lol
