Cracking my neck and biting my nails and the sides of them are my worst habbit

I bite the sides of my nails, pop my knuckles, pick at pimples. nervous habits I suppose...

I pick my nails/cuticles bad!

I pick at my lips and bite my nails but the worst one is I will be sitting around not doing anything with my hands and find myself bending my toenails back and then I will rip them of and make my toe bleed.

Chewing ice is my newest bad habit. Already broke one of my fillings off.

if i don’t bite my nails, i pick at my lips or vice verse. it’s bad especially when i’m anxious.
