My kid is taking an antibiotic for her ear infection. It’s amoxicillin mixed with something and it’s giving her bad diarrhea. What can I give her? Also her bottom is so red :(

Baking soda mixed with warm water! Instant relief for the bum. Mix those together to make a paste and use it like a diaper cream and within two days you should see a HUGE difference.
Probiotics. I like the culturelle kids in the packets. Just pour it into applesauce or something and mix it in.
Yes yogurt does not mix well with an upset stomach.. Just give water or crackers
The yogurt will help restore some of the healthy gut bacteria that is being killed off by the antibiotic, so it’s fine for her to eat it if she’s not nauseous.
Her doctor said to give her yogurt and it could help her to not get diarrhea
@ek_ my doctor told us that the antibiotic is killing all bacteria and the yogurt is good after antibiotics to restore good bacteria. when my daughter was hospitalized all they gave was Pedialyte and crackers our baby was only 8 months at the time
I EBF my baby and she ended up in the hospital for 2 nights after an IV
Oh no! She’s drinking lots and eating yogurt and seems fine just a bad rash and the poops are driving us crazy. It goes through her clothes a lot
That tends to happen just make sure to give lots of fluids
Oat bath worked amazing for my daughter.
Plus she enjoyed the snack in her bath 😂
