dinner is in the oven. i put olive oil in a pan and i put 1 cup of normandy blend veggies and 2 cups of broccoli and 2 chopped up potatoes. i seasoned with pink Himalayan salt, pepper, and garlic and then i did 6 pieces of chicken i had marinated over night in a bottle of skinnygirl poppyseed dressing. its all baking right now in the oven and ends up being 368 calories for 1 plate. i did 6 pieces because theres 6 people in my family. trying to do better on portion sizes.
