I think it’s to know who they are speaking with the person your calling about and zip to locate local emergency locations and emergency responders

Not sure but if I had to guess something to deal with covering their butts if it turns out badly.
Eta emergency locations is a very plausible answer too.

It said on google to refer you too hospitals and to direct your call to the closest poison control to you in case further assistance is required

It's to create a case they can follow up on if needed and so they can tell you where to go in an emergency. I've had to call they a few times now 🤦♀️
