Anyone have any knowledge about babies having darkness under their eyes? My almost 10 month old foes and it’s worrying me. Her sister did too but it went away

My twin girl had this for the longest time. I actually forgot about it till I read this. She does not have it anymore

My 2yo had dark bags under his eyes I took him to the pedi & they attributed it to allergies. They gave him childrens claritin & it cleared it right up
