Here comes the baby blues. I can not stop crying. Everything is going great with baby girl she is so different then my first she only wakes up twice through out the night to eat as for my first she woke up every hour but I’m having a hard time with the recovery from my c-section and how my 4 year old is acting, she’s being very rebellious and I just really can’t handle it right now I feel so bad about it too. 😞

Aww it’s so tough but you’ve got this! It’s not permanent! Cut yourself some slack

Take a hot shower, let yourself cry. Remind yourself it’s temporary, usually two to three weeks. You got this! It gets better, promise

The baby blues are tough!!! Try to catch up on sleep. I think that helped me. Take each day one at a time. Everyone is adjusting to life with a new baby. Slowly it will get better. Trying getting out of the house for a walk or go to the park maybe.

The new changes . The different routines you have to get used to . It’s overwhelming. It’s new for you and your family . It will get better and you’ll get used too it .
