Does anyone else get nervous making certain phone calls or even when it comes to answering the phone to numbers Im not familiar with , I hate that I get like this I wasn't always this antisocial
I’m really socially awkward but I don’t have a problem making phone calls. I have an issue with talking to people in person 😕

I had serious anxiety about that(I think I just have anxiety in general but my dr isn’t trustworthy anymore 🙃) it got better at one point for a while but now it’s back and I have important people that are always calling me or I’m needing to call them but my stomach turns into knots just thinking about needing to do it.

I won't even talk to the leasing people for my apartments it's not even that serious but I cant stand doing it makes me super nervous 😬

I wanna say that's when mines really started and my son is almost 4 and still have it ,lost a lot of friends because of it as well

I phone 8 Has anyone gotten the I phone 8 yet? I just got one a few days ago and it’s hard getting used to the no home button!! Having to swipe it open is messing with me lol. Also closing the tabs is hard to get used to. U can’t just swipe them closed!!! Ugh new phones are hard to get used to. I know first world problems over here lol.

Yep fight through it and answer that call. The only way to get over a fear is to conquer it. It’s easy to decline the call or not make a call but don’t hide, be strong and stand up!
